In this heat we tried to keep cool by visiting the ice-rink. Not only do food outlets close during daylight hours but many other place have reduced hours. Thankfully the ice-rink was open and for the first while we had the place totally to ourselves. To breathe in cold air was a beautiful thing! To shiver and have goosebumps was even better. I even got to wear a winter hat to keep my ears warm. Love it.
