Palm Trees & Passports!

Good news! Kiddo #2 got her residency visa in her passport before the tourist one expired. So no more costly visa runs across the border. Now if we want to take a trip into The Emirates,we can do so for free!
It's a relief. To finally say this is our home. We live here. 


In the midst of what is our normal life, I have moments when I take a step back and realise our life is far from normal! For instance, this week, the Kiddos went to their weekly homeschool co-op. Their art lesson was held outside under the shade of palm trees. For them this is normal. For me, it was one of those surreal moments. I love that the Kiddos get to have experiences like this.
